Who Is SurveyMonkey?

If you haven’t heard of the surveyMonkey already, it’s about time you did. SurveyMonkey is a web-based survey tool trusted by millions of companies, organizations, and individuals to gather the insights they need to make more informed decisions. With SurveyMonkey, it is quick and easy to create a survey for product feedback, customer satisfaction, and so much more.

As part of GroSocial’s mission to help you customize your social media presence, we have partnered with SurveyMonkey to create a best-in-class survey widget within your account.

But, you don’t have to stop there. Since Customizer comes with over 30 widgets that let you add everything from social sharing buttons to layout and design enhancements, makeing your surveys more social without compromising the look-and-feel you desire is a breeze.

What Does This Mean?

Simple. If you are one of the millions of SurveyMonkey users, you can now easily and seamlessly embed the surveys you create in your SurveyMonkey account right onto your Facebook Page tab designs via Customizer. If you’re not a SurveyMonkey user, you should be–create an account for free here.

Dropping a SurveyMonkey-powered survey onto a Facebook tab is a piece of cake. Simply follow these few steps:

  1. Create and save your survey within your SurveyMonkey account
  2. Login to your Customizer account and drag-and-drop the SurveyMonkey widget onto your tab canvas
  3. Authenticate with SurveyMonkey from within Customizer
  4. Once prompted, select the survey you want to install to your Facebook Page

Why “Social” Surveys?

An oversimplified lesson on data collection is that the more data you have, the greater the value of that data. The same holds true when conducting surveys–the data generally becomes more valuable each time another person completes a survey. Cuonducting a survey that only receives 3-4 responses is nowhere near as valuable as one that receives thousands of responses.

By conducting surveys within the Facebook environment, your business stands to gete dramatically better response rates, more data, and therefore, can make more data-driven, informed business decisions.
