Position Description
We are looking for a online marketing expert who has a passion
for driving traffic and converting that traffic into revenue. The Online Marketing Manager will be able to have a direct impact on the
company's revenue and profitability from day one.
The GroSocial Online Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for generating online traffic and maximizing conversion,
as well as strategic planning, creation, and execution of all online
direct sales and marketing efforts. This includes but is not limited
to the following strategies: SEO, SEM, PPC, Social/Viral, Affiliate,
Video, Email.
If acronyms like CPC, CPA, CPL, CPM, CTR, HTML, CSS and
ROI and words like retention rate, conversion rate, and
performance-based are in your everyday vocabulary, then this job
is up your alley.
- Candidates must be able to conceive, develop, launch, measure and report on all online advertising and marketing activities.
- Must also be able to develop creative online marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost the sales of our products online and offline.
- Will be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Use social mediums like blogs, Facebook pages, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, other networking applications.
- Create, launch, manage, measure, and refine online ad campaigns.
- Experience using a variety of web analytical tools and creating measurement processes for conversion metrics.
- Must be Available for work in our Orem, UT office (map).

Strategic Partner Manager

This position is meant for somebody who can hit the ground running on day one. If you are an honest, aggressive, motivated self-starter that knows how to close deals, let's talk.
Description:
- Create a high volume of sales activity and client meetings.
- Ability to forecast accurately.
- Prospect, demo, and pitch the GroSocial product suite of products and services to new channel partners.
- Negotiate and close new contractual agreements with new channel partners.
- Assist new partners in the implementation and training processes associated with commencing their relationship with GroSocial.
- Be in a stimulating environment with hungry, fun-loving entrepreneurs that are hell bent on creating a killer business.
- Temporarily assist in the maintenance of the channel partners acquired through your sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to work well in a startup environment.
- Available for work in our Orem, UT office (map).
- Proven track record in enterprise-level and/or channel partner sales.
- Existing high-level relationships with key personnel at ideal channel partner companies (including but not limited to businesses in the following industries: marketing, website development, and general business services).
- Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and other emerging social networking websites.
- Sense of humor.
- Aggressive personality.

Wage: $50,000-75,000 (DOE) + Benefits
